Emergency Department
Southern California Hospital at Culver City operates a 24/7 emergency department with 17 beds that accepts paramedic transports. The facility provides comprehensive emergency services led by board-certified physicians and specialized nursing staff.
Department Capabilities
- 24-hour radiology and CT capability with on-site laboratory testing
- Ultrasound imaging for diagnostic purposes
- Rapid specialist consultation when needed
When to Seek Emergency Care
Common conditions warranting ED visits include chest pain, severe breathing difficulties, sudden numbness or weakness, uncontrolled bleeding, severe head injuries, and abdominal pain.
